Co.Club members receive free shipping on orders over NZ$150 - join us, and use the discount code in your welcome email.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of NZ$8.50, or $12.50 if you live in a rural area or have an RD address. Please allow 2-3 working days once you have received confirmation your order has been sent. We send all our items via courier and a signature is required.

Australia

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of NZ$18.50. Please allow 3-8 working days once you have received confirmation your order has been sent.

We can ship worldwide, please email us at hello@claxtonandco.co.nz for more information. Please note our International shipping is sent untracked - this allows us to keep the cost down. Claxton+Co. is not liable should the items go missing in the post.

Please note: for any purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay customs charges and/or duty tax on your orders. Claxton+Co. is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charges and duties. Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package if any of these charges are applied.

 

RETURNS

We hope this never happens but if you do need to return your items we will do our best to work with you to find a solution that suits us both. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering information supplied, however if there is a manufacturing fault with the item we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and will do our best to rectify the issue by repairing or replacing the item. If this is the case please contact us at hello@claxtonandco.co.nz with further information about the fault.

Any returned items must be in original condition, carefully and securely wrapped in its original packaging and returned to us with 14 days of the date of purchase. If you do not return the product to these specifications, your exchange may be refused or delayed. Please send your package using a trusted delivery company with a signature required. Claxton+Co. is not liable for any return shipping cost or any damage or loss caused during transit.
